| My sister and her family were visiting us over the weekend and I overheard her telling my oldest niece that the backpack she wanted was too expensive, especially since she already bought her other Christmas presents. From the conversation (I know I was snooping) I gathererd it is the backpack EVERYONE has LOL. Anyway, lucky me, now I know exactly what to get her. I want it to be a surprise. I went to the website and there are so many backpacks. Does anyone know which is the one that EVERYONE has? I have younger kids, so no clue. I don't want to ask my sister because she sucks at keeping secrets. I can always do a gift card, but it's not the same as her receiving the backpack she wants on Christmas. Thanks! |

There's 0 chance of my sister getting it, they have 4 kids and are tight with cash. My niece is getting a new iphone to replace her old one which is no longer supported. She's also getting her some clothing that my niece needs. My sister has complained to me about the cost. But I do want to get her the right backpack. I thought it was a model that was very common, like Nike AF1s that every teen has. But maybe not. |

| The Borealis has been the popular model, but the current offering looks a little different. It doesn't have the mesh side pocket for water bottles which frankly might be a good change as they frequently tear. The Recon looks like a nice pack as well. I would get a $140 gift card and let her choose the style and color she wants. She'll be thrilled and you'll be her favorite aunt. |
