But they weren't and he was informed that they weren't repeatedly. |
We're having a conversation. Who is being demeaned? You don't want to have a conversation? |
You don’t just tweet something saying you’re going to declassify it. There’s a process. If the “best people” in your administration don’t follow up, they’re not declassified. And there’s also a different process that Obama and every other President has followed when legally procuring Presidential records for their libraries. Trump didn’t do any of this. |
Oh honey. Stop brr we lueving wverything Tuckercsays. His lawyers already were forced to concede that he’s an entertainer who can’t be taken at his word. It’s a cult. Don’t drink the kool-ade. |
Please link to an article saying that they were properly declassified? And even if they were he doesn’t just get to put them in his basement. |
Can you please link me to the article where Trump states he's not declassifying? |
| There is no way these are just any too secret documents. Garland would not risk this hub-bub over nothing - he’s been quiet for two years. He knew this situation would happen the more he pursued these documents over the past couple years. This seems like a like and intentionally public and painstakingly planned move on his part. |
No, you get to do your own search for something you know does not exist. Don't come back until you find it! |
You stated that 'it was later clarified that he did not declassify'. Can you not produce that? They already knew they were in his basement in a secure area but asked him to beef up the lock. Nothing stopped them from doing anything then. I guess we'll know what really went on during those 9 hours because cameras were rolling inside Mar A Largo. |
Got it. You made a statement you can't back up. |
No, he was pushed into it because the subpoena was ignored, and the DOJ had no other recourse. The LAST thing anyone wants to do is FBI search the home of a former President!!! National security is more important than anything else, and by law they need those docs. Garland's hands are tied. He probably hates every minute of it. |
I never stated anything about him declassifying or not declassifying anything because that’s all BS. And they were never supposed to be in his basement at all. He has gotten kid glove treatment for 18 months while having property that is not his. And his lack of cooperation has stopped them from doing anything until Monday. |

I agree! Garland has been completely impartial as has the justice department.
|
If they were impartial they would have kicked his door in on January 21. |
