Flint Hill middle school and other private schools

Can you share your experience if your child goes to Flint Hill Middle School. Also open to recommendations for private middle schools that also have a high school. Thanks.

I can’t speak to the MS but in the HS multiple kids have been expelled in the past few weeks. The school is crazy.

I know that a student brought a handgun to campus a few years ago. I think he was just showing off and not dangerous.

It depends.

It’s been a few years, but I’m not convinced it was worth the high tuition. The administration portrayed standards that did not match our family’s experience or expectations.

That said, there are strong teachers in the middle school.

Correct. It was locked in his car. We live in Virginia. Honestly, it’s not abnormal here, especially the farther away you are in Fairfax.
Adults have them. I have one. Sometimes I use my car.

It was in his car, but the car was not locked. That is dangerous.

That would be a reason for expulsion at any school. If they -didn't- expel the student, then that would be a problem. Sheesh.
