Group dinner recommendations for cooking in St. Thomas

Renting a house with extended family for Thanksgiving week and we're sharing dinner cooking duties. I've done this before in the OBX with flexible diets, but this one is a little trickier. Family ranges in age from 13-15 to 40s to 80. Need to think of meals that accommodate low salt and no red meat (or at least an option w/o red meat if that's the main protein). My primary concern is that I have no idea what grocery shopping will be like in Red Hook. Fair to assume I'll be able to find ground turkey, chicken breasts, ingredients for a taco night? Or will I need to be more creative? This is easy when I know there's a Harris Teeter 10 minutes away! Thanks for any tips!

Yes there’s a grocery store in red Hook that is super easy to get to and that you will be able to find everything you need. Two in fact. One is more high-end and one is the equivalent of a Safeway. It’s on the small side compared to the grocery stores around here but nothing you can’t work with. I will warn you that the prices there are shocking. I think at one point I paid like $10 for English muffins or some thing. But in regards to enjoying your vacation and making big meals happen, you’ll be totally fine.
