I feel so unenthused about everything. Not so much depressed, but just no aliveness.
I'm looking for an inspiring book that motivates or helps me find my spark. Nothing too corny or basic. I went through a lot of stress and need to find some fun I think. |

The format is weekly (or weekly-ish) chapters with exercises — so it does take a bit of time commitment beyond just reading. |

Completely agree with this! Learned about it when reading The Who’s Pete Townsend’s biography Who I Am. He was so enthralled with it he bought dozens of copies to give friends amd expounds on how it inspired him to continue to reflect and create. I found it immensely helpful in re-centering myself. The 15-min morning writing became absolutely meditative for me. |
