Basement Beast banded workouts?

Has anyone tried this? If so, was it worth it? https://basementbeast.com/

I have been going to a cross fit (CF) gym for a few months. I like the heavy lifting for strength but at 46yo I'm not sure that the compound lifts are good for longevity. Some of the lifts / movements just are not comfortable. CF I think is geared more towards the younger crowd and a few older die hards. The basement beast seems similar to what Tom Brady preaches as part of his TB12 workouts. Thinking my new routine my involve rejoining a regular gym (like Crunch becuz its close) for access to weights and cardio and maybe some banded exercises for home when I'm short on time or don't feel like going out. Based on postings here, the Peloton App also appears to cover a wide range of workouts.
