My small hometown in Ohio does it the Sunday afternoon before Halloween, unless Halloween falls on a weekend. It’s from 2-4:00pm. Totally lame. |

It is way to complicated to reschedule an ad hoc holiday. If you don't want to celebrate on the day go to a trunk or treating event on the weekend |
