| We are full pay and know it, but still have had to fill out the damn thing during admissions to check all the boxes so kids could also be evaluated for merit aid. DC3 this year will be the last time, thank goodness. |

| Do they need exact amount in every account? How long does it take? We are full pay just need it for maybe merit or the $5500 loan so DC feels accountable .. |

They have taken just our tax records not our IRA or anything else. It is required at our school for any merit aid and certain scholarships.
Our kid has all the skin in the game. |

We set up our own and my DD set up her own. We have no issue sharing our financial information with our child! |

Schools ask if you are applying for aid. You don't need the FAFSA in order to say no. |
