And it sounds like the prosecution withheld evidence, which is against the law. I have no idea if he killed her, but certainly he wasn't proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. |

| Violating Brady is a huge, huge problem. Any case where the prosecutor withheld exculpatory evidence should have the conviction vacated. |

| Meh, he's serves 20 yrs. Give him an Alford plea for man2 time served and call it a day. Fwiw I think he's probably guilty but doesn't seem like enough evidence to convict. |

+1 I think there's still a good chance he did it, but the trial was not fair and the State shouldn't get to win with a stacked deck. |
