Locals in DMV, do you think Adnan is guilty? Would you want his charges vacated at this point?

I think he’s innocent. I’m happy about this!

Yes.

It was a weak case. Now the State is acknowledging that so…

I’m not 100% sure he’s innocent, but I am 100% convinced he did not have adequate legal representation.

And it sounds like the prosecution withheld evidence, which is against the law.

I have no idea if he killed her, but certainly he wasn't proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

Totally agree that he did not get a fair trial.

With the Brady violation and the identification of two alternative suspects detailed in the motion, yes. The timeline never made sense and he has already been imprisoned for more than 20 years.

Violating Brady is a huge, huge problem. Any case where the prosecutor withheld exculpatory evidence should have the conviction vacated.

Who are the two alternate suspects?

Meh, he's serves 20 yrs. Give him an Alford plea for man2 time served and call it a day. Fwiw I think he's probably guilty but doesn't seem like enough evidence to convict.

Do I think he killed her? Yes.

Do I think he should have been found guilty at that trial? No.

+1 I think there's still a good chance he did it, but the trial was not fair and the State shouldn't get to win with a stacked deck.
