I put on five pounds over the last few months, and it's not water weight. Some of my clothes fit differently (pants mostly), and I am trying to get it under control. I'm wondering if the gain is noticeable to others. |
Five pounds, almost def not. Generally, I fluctuate ina ten pound range and no one can tell but me (I’m tall though) |
I’d say 10lbs is noticeable |
It’s going to depend on height. 5 lbs on my shorter friends is a new size of clothes. I’m 5’9” and 5 lbs is my period water gain.
Pants fit tighter but I’m still in the same size for about 20 lb ranges. |
This very much depends on your height, starting weight, general build, and where you tend to put on weight.
|
I’m tall I think for me it’s 15-20 pounds. This is when clothing gets tight and I need to move up a size. |
Who cares if it is noticeable to others. It is noticeable to you! |
I can see 5lbs on myself, but I think it takes a little more to notice on other people |
Op here, I'm 5'6 and went from 133 to 138. |
This. A few pounds are very noticeable on some people but not others. |
Probably not. I’ve gained 10 lbs from 120-130, at 5’6” and I definitely think it’s noticeable. |
Noticeable? Maybe three. You couldn’t tell looking at me naked but my clothes fit differently. I’m 5’2, 125 lbs (on average). |
Depends on your starting size, I’d say 5% increase would be noticeable. |
Not noticeable. Not even close. |
I’m 5’6 and this would be noticeable on me. |
