When did people start bringing their young children with them while they get manicures/pedicures? I love kids, don’t get me wrong. I just don’t want to listen to the whine or listen to Paw Patrol while i’m getting a pedicure.
Please, can’t this be an adult only space?? |

Are you going to pay the nail salon for the lost profit when parents who don't have childcare can't come in to get the services?
Businesses are still struggling to survive and stay in business after the pandemic that they need all the business they can get. So, no, unless you plan to pay the business to turn away customers, you just have to learn to deal. |
Yes, princess. |
My nail salon is packed and appointment only. No children in sight. |
|
Sign on the doors says “18 or older.”
Sorry, nope that was the club. |
Go to a much more expensive salon. |
| Op you need a day spa for your pedicures |
| sorry, OP is right. Nail salons are for adults to relax and enjoy the quiet. Leave your kids at home. Can’t? Then paint your own nails. |
| I have teenagers but I have nothing but sympathy for parents with young children. Babysitters were tough to find before Covid. |
The salon can make their own rules and allow kids. You can chose another salon. |
| Nail salons are gross and low class. People that go to them are too. What do you expect? And the ones that being in their kids to get their kids’ nails done are even worse. |
|
How is it “low class” to get your nails done? Is this the WASP poster who files, buffs, and polishes with clear lacquer?
I love getting a mani-pedi! |
Low class: Strip mall nail salons Gel and acrylic nails Nail salons with princess chairs for kids Bringing kids to a nail salon Nail salons that employ/force work immigrants and pay under the table and/or less than minimum wage |

Parents who let their kids listen to stuff on speaker, without headphones, are shitty parents.
At nail salons, in the grocery store, in public, anywhere. |
| If the salon allows it, nunya. |
