IRS Whistleblowers and Devon Archer - House Oversight

Anonymous
Evidence is proving that everything the whistleblowers testified to was true.

Weiss is NOT independent. And, Garland was not honest in his testimony before Congress.
There are a few DOJ attorneys who need to lose their jobs.

Because it’s not. They are spun up about a convoluted conspiracy theory that makes no sense.

Hunter Biden's former lawyers met with Associate Deputy Attorney General Bradley Weinsheimer -- an Obama donor -- three weeks before prosecutors in David Weiss's Delaware office agreed to hammer out a sweetheart deal for Hunter, according to case documents obtained by Politico.

Nothing to see here... complete independence!

The Times and Politico engagement means the Biden 2024 effort will get packed up soon.

You know half the people involved in any investigation are going to be Dems, and half Republicans. What really stands out is how many Republicans have ruled against Trump.

FFS - I don’t care if Hunter Biden was copied on emails about Ukraine policy. If he used that information to make make money, prosecute him but it has NOTHING to do with Joe Biden. Do you really think Trump wasn’t passing into to Javanka? Hunter was less involved with government policy than Jared Kushner, who Trump outsourced entire functions of policy to.

Charging someone for for failure to paying taxes when the account is whole doesn't happen.

The gun charge is a total joke.

But it wasn't "whole."
When Weiss started his investigation, HB had yet to claim $400,000 in income for 2014. He let that expire due to statute of limitations.

And, he actually owed more taxes than what was paid for 2017 and 18.

Court documents filed last week by Delaware US Attorney David Weiss only specified that Hunter Biden, 53, failed to pay more than $100,000 in taxes each year, for which he agreed to plead guilty to misdemeanors expected to be punished with probation.

Shapley, who led the Hunter Biden tax fraud investigation for more than three years, told Baier, “The true number is $580,000 of failure to pay for 2017. It’s under $620,000 for 2018. Yet this document puts it close to $100,000.”

“The relevance to 2018 tax years — that doesn’t even include the false business expenses that he claimed and that the prosecutors refused to charge,” he added. “So there’s still outstanding tax… above that $620,000 that because of this deal, they’ll never recoup.”

and?

The statute expired. If you don't like the law, change it.
The rest of the bill was made whole.

Again, people don't go to jail for this under normal circumstances.

It starts to look like a pattern and egregious behavior.

Stop squirming.

"I am sitting here with my father..we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled," Hunter Biden allegedly wrote, according to the transcript. He added, "I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand" and "now means tonight."

It really is a stupid move to get short with the Chinese when you're doing underhanded stuff at the top levels of government.

Regarding that email related to Biden’s call with the president of Ukraine ….

“The Committee questions why the then-Vice President’s son, Hunter Biden—and only Hunter Biden—was copied on this email to then-Vice President Biden.”

Funny how democrats threw around the word KOMPROMAT!! again and again with Trump. Now all this is unfolding.

How Republicans overhype the findings of their Hunter Biden probe

https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2023/08/17/how-republicans-overhype-findings-their-hunter-biden-probe/

The Pinocchio Test

Hunter Biden’s decision to pursue business deals that at the time overlapped with his father’s policy brief as vice president was ill-advised and has caused political headaches for his father. Republicans are pursuing the case with vigor, but Comer undercuts the findings of his investigation by hyping what has been found. He claims there were more than 20 “shell companies,” but upon inspection most of the companies named had legitimate business transactions or investments. He claims the Bidens received more than $20 million from foreign sources, leaving off the caveat in the staff reports that two-thirds of the payments went to Hunter Biden’s business partners.

Comer would have more credibility if he stuck to documented facts — such as saying precisely that Hunter Biden received $7 million from foreign sources.

He earns Three Pinocchios.
