We are looking for a family of four (two adults, two teenagers); willing to splurge, this is for a milestone birthday trip over thanksgiving week.
Thank you for any recommendations. |
| Maybe try a travel agent? |
| Budget? |

We really loved the Hotel Napoleon in Paris.

Its this, first, last and always. |
Ah yes, who wouldn't want to spend...$28,000 for a family of 4 for a week, to stay in a boring ass part of the city. |
Bc you can get to the “non-boring” parts easily but you can’t beat George V. But this is something I think someone like me can only explain to someone like you, I certainly can’t understand it for you as well. |
I concur entirely. For my 16th birthday, my dad flew me to Paris on the Concorde and we stayed at the George V. It was so special. Of course I did the same for my daughter (less the Concorde). |
All good, thanks. OP, save $24,000 and stay somewhere like this. https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/19923619 Very nice, lots of room (kids each get their own room), still a splurge, but more of an electric bike splurge, not a brand new car splurge. |

Splurge means different things to different people. George V is an amazing hotel and I've splurged on it before.

Ha, um....their own room, how fancy |
| Prince de galles suite with a terrace |
I’m not sure bedroom 5 should count as their own room. |
| We were just there. Stayed in the family suite at the hotel Balmoral. Owners are super nice. And the included breakfast was tasty and filling. Perfect location to access the Metro. |
