Fitness community for a 50- year-old

I’m a 50 year old woman, and I’m looking for a fitness community with in person gatherings.
I’m in Rockville and looking for an activity that builds strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance.
I currently do a lot of online fitness (HIIT, dance, pilates, yoga) and I run.

You may find a class, but I've looked myself and often they are only for over 55's including those run by the Y.

IMX Pilates (near King Farm) is awesome. Everyone is supportive and the instructors are fantastic.

Come to OneLife. In Rockville it's on Research Blvd, near Chick-fil-a. They have a lot of different classes. I haven't found one I didn't enjoy.

I am your age and have been going to orange theory for a few years. The one near me skews a little older than some and I have found it to be very supportive and they have events outside of class.
