So during pandemic, there was a huge exit by families of any means to private schools.
Has that reversed itself and are students returning? We left for private but can’t justify the cost so are returning to DHMS for this year, and it was actually under enrolled apparently and has smaller classes than our private did! Will it stay like this or are we just the first to return and will soon to be overcrowded APS norms? |

| We are coming back to public elementary. We fled to parochial but we’re not religious and our public is down the street. We loved the private school and families but wanted a secular education and conveniences of our neighborhood school |

We know of more than three and 75% have gone back to public. |

Never. If anything, I'm seeing more families go to private and/or plans for private HS.
Covid gave an already flailing school system a beating. |
