MegaMillions winning ticket -- share your fantasy

What would you do if you wont the $880 million winning ticket?

I would start housing the homeless in ways they could handle -- buy a huge campground with a bath house for tents and cabins, and buy small houses or regular houses depending on the person. Some people can't live in normal housing and don't want to. Some are temporarily homeless and need a real place to live.

Scholarships, educational and for camps and sports, etc.

Free daycare for single parents or low income parents who need it. Live-in nanny placements for single parents or low income parents who need it. Free healthy food subscriptions to low income families.

Set up businesses for my kids to run.

Buy a farm.

Make the world my home. But what would be a safe way to stash my money and get to it from anywhere???

What would you do?

I'm going to take a week in the Four Seasons to get my legal house in order, and then continue going to work every day until I get an excellent eff you quitting moment and I'm going to go out in STYLE

LOL good one.

I'd continue to fantasize about owning a mansion and hot sports car. But I'd likely lay low low and stay put in my 60s home and mediocre car, except I'd buy a beach place and mountain place

I would do the cosmetic work on my house I have been putting off, set up automatic monthly deposits for my parents, set up a trust for my nibling.

Educational trust for the benefit of descendants of my and DH's grandparents. Maybe $2M. This is our "don't ask us for sh*t" fund - we'll help you and your kids go to college/trade school but I'm not buying anybody cars.

$5-10M into a Donor Advised Fund, or possibly set up a family nonprofit.

Beach house. Mountain house. 2 bedroom in NYC. Buy one (or two) of those 1 euro villas in Italy, pull the kids out of school for a year or two and homeschool while rehabbing them.

No I'm not going back to work. They can think I died for all I care.

I would buy homes for my dad and my sister and fund college or trade school for my niece and nephew. I would likely start trusts for them and my own kids, as well as a couple of other family members I care about who don't have much.

Quit my job and spend my time raising my kids, enjoying my marriage and hobbies. Volunteer a lot and set up a charity of some sort. Travel the world in style. Hire someone to organize and decorate my home. Hire gardeners to make my shitty yards look amazing. Treat friends and family to amazing trips with me.

I would buy a new house instead of getting by in this old place with all its flaws. We could build a new one of just love! I’d get a first class education for my ND kid. The public school is great and helping a lot but with big money, I could get even more progress.

I’d hire a nanny/chef/household manager. I think I might just keep teaching. I love it and I’d be quitting a big part of job 2!

Wouldn't you gain a lot of weight that way? I would buy a gym too if I were you,

I know advisors say to not immediately quit your job but my job is the reason I play to begin. Therefore, the first thing I would do is quit. No big rude production but quitting with class immediately.

Not sure what I would do with the money but I would certainly change a bunch of lives for the better.

Gosh, my personal wishes are pretty small. Snowbird living. Cute old houses, fixed up. Beautiful views. A staff so I don't have to weed, mow, shovel, cook or clean Sort of like Martha Stewart but less talented LOL. I'd have livestock and livestock keepers.

Personal trainer to get me in shape. A mommy makeover probably. Sort of like Martha Stewart but less talented LOL. I'd have livestock and livestock keepers.

Then I would do charity programs. I think I'd give a lot to NAACP scholarships.

9:45? 10:45? The drawing is at 11.

If no one wins -- again -- you have a couple more days.
