I have to speak at a conference in a vacation area in August and I recently saw a vide of myself in a boring navy suit and want to mix it up.

I am 5'10 and I feel like this dress could add some fun? Or is it too crazy?

I like it, but it's also a 180 from a navy suit. If that's the degree of change you want, awesome, but you don't have to go that far in the opposite direction to be interesting.

But, if it flatters you and is appropriate for the conference, go for it!

It’s too much for a speaker. The fabric is also too casual. If you really want a print get one on a dressier fabric. I’d suggest a navy suit w/ a printed scoop neck under it.

I think it's nice, and if you want it to look less casual you could add a layer on top and dress up the shoes.

A dress is a good idea but find something a bit more tailored.
