how can you lose weight while working all the time |
honestly, super busy long work days are when I lose weight, no time for afternoon snacking and I'm too tired at night for more than a quick salad and bed. I do get up early for a long walk with the dog before work (6-7 am) |
Yes, just don’t eat. |
I find I lose weight during busy work times as well. Bring food with you so you don’t stress buy, and you are all set on the eating front. If you have privacy you can also do squats, lunges, push-ups etc once an hour. |
Prioritize sleep so stress hormones don’t pack on weight. |
Amphetamines. |
Eating less duh |
This. It should be easier actually, since you aren’t sitting around at home bored and snacking. |
I was in a wellness group with some women who did this successfully by doing steps at their desks or on breaks and packing all their food from home and tracking what they ate. Drinking more water also helps! |
I agree with a lot of the PP> Working from home has made it harder to eat right and stay fit. When I was in teh office, I ate the same easy breakfast every morning (smoothie or overnight oatmeal) and the same boring lunch every day -- when I had time. Now, I snack almost all day. When I would normally walk outside or speak with a co-worker, now I go into the kitchen and look for something (usually unhealthy) to eat.

This is actually ideal for losing weight. OMAD. Nothing but water/unsweetened tea/black coffee/citrus infused water at work. Bet you'll be shocked by how alert you are after trying it for a week. |
One of those cubi things - that you pedal under desk |
Intermittent fasting, bringing your own healthy meals and a snack, save exercising for the weekend. |
+1 It's not the hours that are necessarily the problem. It's the stress and lack of sleep. I'm a huge believer in the benefit of frequent walk breaks to address stress (when I might otherwise eat my feelings). |
A much misunderstood component ^^^ this. |
