We're having a pretty big shindig. We do it every year. Practically everything on my list can be done ahead except the entrees (ribs, chicken and hot dogs).
Deviled eggs Jumbo shrimp Oysters Chips & Dips Fresh fruit Veggies & dip Pigs in Blanket - wasn't on the list until I saw a PP Barbecue ribs Barbecue chicken Hot dogs (little kids coming and me) German potato salad Corn salad Coleslaw Cucumber salad Sliced tomatoes & mozzarella w/basil & vinaigrette Pre-grilled vegetables served cold/room temp Ice cream Red white and blue decorated funfetti sheetcake Watermelon Iced tea, both sweet tea and unsweet Lemonade, pink Yoohoos & Capri Sun Bar for adults |
** And the oysters. We grill those, too. Yum! |
