Yep, this one. Though I recall (maybe wrongly?) that this song was actually released as a single and was a fairly big hit, or at least got quite a bit of airplay. I remember hearing it on the radio frequently for a while when I was a kid. Not sure if the song was around before the show, and just got picked up as the theme song, or if the song was created as a theme song and then released as a single.
Anyone else remember this song as a radio single?

+1 on Friends.

I did watch Greatest American Hero, but it is true that it was released and made the pop charts, climbing all the way to #2, so it was definitely well known outside of just the show.

But along those lines, the theme from Hill Street Blues was similar (made it to #4) and I never watched that show, but know the theme song.
Theme from Cheers made it to the pop charts (only to #28). I watched but only infrequently and irregularly

This is the best. The closing song of The Lawrence Welk Show. I will be dead 1,000,000 years and still able to sing it word for word!

The first 9 episodes aired from March-May 1981 and the song entered the Billboard top 100 in June 1981.
