It's never good when you don't see the interior until picture 16... it feels like they're trying to hide something.

We are older and that backyard does appeal to us. Less maintenance. However, there are other issues....

Perfectly adequate house for a family looking for a solid school district, for under $1M. Sure it's not the prettiest house, but what do you want for $800K - in Potomac.

They should have paid for virtual or actual staging and gotten rid of the furniture in the basement.

I like it. Especially for that price in that area. I really like the whole wall of exposed brick in kitchen. And I like the yard.
