Phentermine @Dr Michael Anchors

But if you don't make significant lifestyle changes, you'll just gain it all back.

I think you need to reach out to your doctor so that your health, heart, blood pressure, etc are monitored, along with any prescription drug they may prescribe.

You can get them at BeLite Medical Center.

This is not a long term strategy. You might have an initial loss, but it is stress on your heart and body to use these over the counter pills. I remember experimenting as a young person and I couldn't sleep from the simulants and felt like my heart would beat out of my chest. And of course it screws with your metabolism and makes earnest weight loss more difficult. If you are really set on this approach you need to see your physician and ask what they'd recommend as a weight loss aid. It is not going to be something sold on Amazon.

+1. If these really worked, don’t you think everyone would be using them? There do seem to be some newer somewhat effective weight loss prescription medications out there, so talk to a doctor.

Get Topamax from your doctor. It's an anti-seizure drug and used for migraines but also used as an appetite suppressant. It also doesn't have any kind of stimulant in it, which was very important for me as I have anxiety and a racing heart is a trigger for anxiety attacks for me.

I was on it for years and it worked so well for me. My main problem was binge eating before bed and it totally helped me there.

I did Topamax + weight watchers and have had wonderful results after being off the meds for about 2 years now. I only gained 8 lbs. after stopping it and then I lost 5 of those pounds.

Topamax curbed my urge to eat and snack and weight watchers taught me the correct way to eat.

My doctor said that those who just do the medication without any program to alter their eating habits often fail and quickly gain the weight back.

Don't eat less, eat more. You are always hungry because your body is telling you it isn't getting what it needs. Start by eating a high fat/high protein breakfast every day. Until that constantly hungry feeling goes away, eat a lot. When I was younger, I always felt hungry. I'd start with a bowl of cereal in the morning, by 10 I'd need a bagel, then lunch, then coffee and snack mid afternoon, then dinner ... To fix it, I changed my breakfast to eggs and/or yogurt with granola. As soon as I was hungry, I'd eat cheese or avocado (guacamole etc) then lunch, more protein - I still eat carbs but never, ever without protein or fat.

Within 2 weeks, you won't constantly be hungry - you'll find your appetite is naturally suppressed.

Don't do it. Just creates a vicious cycle. Its not a viable long term solution. You need to work on your diet.

Ask your PCP for Phentermine. It's safe and effective.

If your PCP gives you a script, Phentermine costs me $0.01 for a 30 day supply using insurance. If you go to Dr. Anchors or BeLite you will pay about $100 for the same 30 day supply. I would talk to you PCP about trying Wegovy or Mounjaro. Both are once a week injections and clinical trials showed great results.

Do not do this. It loses efficacy after a couple months, it will ruin your metabolism and you'll gain all the weight back soon as you stop taking it. -BTDT more than once
