Princeton - 94%
Yale - 91% |
| note there's a separate list for liberal arts. |
| Umm. That's very high for every school. |
|
So Northeastern seems to be doing things right again contrary to some bashing.
|
Fixed it for you. Truly bizarre that you left out UVA and Vandy because they are later in the alphabet. |
|
The tile also needs to be fixed.
T10 schools for freshman retention |
This is bizarre. The percentages were likely ranked based on decimal increments not listed, even though the round figure was listed. You just made them all equal. They were listed in that order for a reason. USNWR will give ranks the same number if they are indeed the same. but nice try rewriting the data. |
Same PP. My bad. I take it back. They are alphabetical You were right |
Someone needs to learn how to count |
The #1 LAC has ~97% retention |
| Are there any college search engines that let you filter by retention rates? |
| Honestly, I would not make a college decision based on a retention difference of 99% and 97%. In the real world, that’s called a distinction without a difference. |
Exactly. This is a pointless thread. I kept thinking I'd see something profound come from it, but.....I guess that's another two minutes I'll never get back. |
US News & World Report doesn't agree with you. The most influential flagship ranking uses retention rates for it's ranking factors. https://www.usnews.com/education/best-colleges/articles/how-us-news-calculated-the-rankings LOL |
