Best casserole

I’m uncharacteristically craving something creamy, cheesy, and carby in the form of a casserole. Honestly not sure I’ve ever made a casserole other than tuna noodle in my life but I need to make it happen. What’s your favorite? I’m all ears, canned soup and all.

Chicken Divan. Don’t used canned soup though, it’s so much better to make the cheese sauce from a simple roux.

If I want to work enchiladas.

If I don’t want to work? But cheese ravioli and make baked ravioli with red sauce and more cheese.

If you want cheesy carbs goodness baked in a casserole dish they do!

Make a quick chicken pot pie using precooked chicken, veg all, cream soup and ready made pie crust. Carby Heaven.

When I want enchiladas, but don’t want to work, I layer them like lasagna rather than actually rolling them.

I love barley but generally associate it with soup. Could you share your casserole recipe?

Then my choices are:

Baked ziti
Chicken enchiladas verdes
Mac and cheese with peas and bacon/ham
Mushroom lasagna
