I eat the same thing for breakfast.. I would like to eat the same thing for lunch for efficiency but havent found anything satisfying/healthy. What do you eat if same thing every day? Ive tried salad… I can’t eat it every day. Thanks.

I meal prep containers of a sort of rice bowl to eat M-Th with a cup of brown rice, a cooked protein, and 2-3 different vegetables depending on what is in season. I add sauce at the last minute that ranges from teriyaki to a vinaigrette.

The protein and vegetables vary by week to keep it interesting but the routine is consistent and keeps me on track.

I buy different bagged salads (the kind that come with a dressing and other stuff, like croutons or cranberries or cheese shavings), and then add a healthy serving of whatever protein is in the house - leftover chicken or steak, hard boiled eggs, deli meat, cheese. it mixes it up and isn’t just ‘salad.’

3-4 times a week, I make extra for dinner and eat the leftovers for lunch. It's not the "same thing", but it's a consistent routine that keeps me on track. I have a couple of bagged salads or sandwich fixings to fill in between.

The exceptions are usually when we have fish for dinner. I don't reheat fish at the office (although sometimes I'll mash up salmon and make a cold salmon salad or salmon sandwich, and eat it outside). If I'm planning ahead, I'll make enough of whatever came before that for 2-3 lunches.

I work in a place with a cafeteria with a salad bar. I don't like lettuce, but I get a variety of other vegetables -- cucumber, peppers, tomatoes, steamed broccoli, peas, and sometimes beets, some dressing, some cheese, and some tuna salad on top.

I do a snack plate of (mostly) the same things every day: babybel cheese, roasted almonds, hummus, carrots, peppers and cucumbers. Sometimes I add leftover chicken and fruit.

I make a pot of beans every weekend and eat a bowl for lunch every day.
