Mine is easy. My mother bought in 1980 a 1969 Black Plymouth 2 door identical to the one Vin Desiel drives in Fast and Furious. I bought it off mother in 1988. Still mint. Sold it in 1993 to buy a car that turned out to be a headache.
Every time I drove it crowds would stop to look. I get requests to buy it all the time. I sold it for $1,000!!!! Today be worth $50,000 and my Mom is long dead so miss it more for that reason. My mom got it off a couple she knew who inherited it when their father died. Was his pride and joy looked like brand new. Only driven weekends I would think most folks have a car they wish they kept. |
My 87 Honda Prelude with dual carburetors and manual transmission....
‘02 Hyundai Elantra, baby! I loved that car but replaced it with a bicycle.
6 speed Miata. Alas, I had kids.
2000 Jetta. Loved it, but too small for two kids.
My 1993 Miata. I’ve missed it since the day we sold it but I had no choice once we had kids because we needed the money to purchase a more practical car at the time.
