What are you making for dinner this week?

Trying to put together a menu and shopping list and am feeling annoyed with my go-to dinners.

Thank you for inspiring me! Simple, complicated, takeout, whatever--just tell me what you're having!

It’s sheet pan week: Tonight I’m making the shrimp boil from NYT. Tomorrow will be the chicken with potatoes, arugula and garlic yogurt, also NYT. Next will be sausages with mustard vinaigrette, a recipe from Costco. Then a tray of roasted veg tossed with pasta and parm.

Nothing tonight as we have a pot luck thing.
Tomorrow making pepper and onion quesadillas with mango black bean salsa ( and corn on the cob — WF had some in the husk from FL so going to give it a try).
Tuesday is chicken corn chowder and grilled cheese.
Wednesday going out, likely Chinese.
Thursday is ham ( left over from Easter), sweet potato, and asparagus.
Friday is pizza, of course.
Saturday is grilled chicken with rice, corn, and asparagus.
Sunday is chili I’ll put in the crockpot.

Tonight is stir fry pork with veggies
Soccer practice night will be onion biscuits with ham and cheese plus a salad (probably a slaw, I'll save some of the stirfry crunchy veggies)

Plus one freezer/pantry meal night.
