| It’s sheet pan week: Tonight I’m making the shrimp boil from NYT. Tomorrow will be the chicken with potatoes, arugula and garlic yogurt, also NYT. Next will be sausages with mustard vinaigrette, a recipe from Costco. Then a tray of roasted veg tossed with pasta and parm. |

Nothing tonight as we have a pot luck thing.
Tomorrow making pepper and onion quesadillas with mango black bean salsa ( and corn on the cob — WF had some in the husk from FL so going to give it a try). Tuesday is chicken corn chowder and grilled cheese. Wednesday going out, likely Chinese. Thursday is ham ( left over from Easter), sweet potato, and asparagus. Friday is pizza, of course. Saturday is grilled chicken with rice, corn, and asparagus. Sunday is chili I’ll put in the crockpot. |

Tonight is stir fry pork with veggies
Soccer practice night will be onion biscuits with ham and cheese plus a salad (probably a slaw, I'll save some of the stirfry crunchy veggies) Plus one freezer/pantry meal night. |

I am cooking a pork shoulder in the instant pot now which will give me two meals, plus maybe lunch if I’m lucky (I have two teen boys who eat a ton.)
