NYC or LA (not always “natural beauty”). In rest of world it depends on preference. Beautiful women in Sweden, Ethiopia, Istanbul, Seoul, India - most flock to large cosmopolitan cities.

I haven't traveled too much, but more than the average bear. I could never move to Italy because they women there are too beautiful and I would feel like a troll (and I'm pretty attractive).

Superficial beauty comes down to hair, clothing, weight/figure, and facial symmetry, roughly in this order. Note that only the last one is a natural trait, and even that can be balanced out with hairstyle and strategic makeup application.

With that in mind, it's not surprising that the most beautiful people tend to be in areas where there it is more common for women to take care of their appearances. This includes most urban environments in the US and also most of Europe. This is also why Japanese and Koreans tend to be viewed as more beautiful than the Chinese even though the three groups are closely related in terms of their natural physical features. Even more telling: many of the Korean K-pop girl band members are Chinese.

I just left DC for the C-tier midwest and I’m surprised at how much more attractive the attractive women are here than DC. There are a lot more weird looking pink hair and obese types ofc but the beautiful ones are really beautiful. The opposite is true for WOC here though.
