How much renovation money did they put into this house to flip it because it sold less than a year ago for $480K, the recently sold for 1.7 million. How much profit fo you think they really made in less than a year. Is this worth increase crazy? Thoughts?

| My money is on an incorrect sales price that will be updated shortly. I'd bet they transposed a number and it's really 1,270,000 |

I remember this house in my neighborhood. Definitely a renovation on main road. Thats a huge amount of money in short time. I hope this isnt an indication of the market, and moreso the upgrades raising the price that high.
