Favorite country songs

I have a playlist of any song I come across new, or re-listen after many years, that has the “spark Joy” feel to it.
Just anything that feels great to me. Makes me dance, or feel positive, or brings back good memories.

What are YOUR favorite country songs?
And Especially spark joy. So, maybe not the sad heavy songs. But, maybe include those too if they draw something out of you, like a positive determination.

[*I have this spark joy playlist, but I want a separate Country one, because I love it all and don’t want to mix it in with pop, rock.

Same if I had a classical faves list. I’m in a different mood listening to country vs. other music. I have a couple country on my playlist, and they work, but I don’t want to do too much.]

List any and all favorites to inspire me.
If they’re sad and heavy, you can still list them. I mean, it’s just fun to talk about.

I can take or leave any suggestions for my actual Playlist

When it rains it pours (and lots of other songs by Luke Combs)

Wagon Wheel by Darius Rucker and that other song by him that says, “I’ve got shoes under my feet and a woman in bed laying next to me, and it’s alright” or something. Hootie sings happy songs.

(Dixie) Chicks Earl song

Drunk by Miranda Lambert
She also has another song about basically being a hot mess (I think there’s a line about mascara running) which is great. Something about her mother not approving. Too lazy to Google.

This is on my playlist - “Mama’s Broken Heart.” Fantastic song.

Other country songs I love, as an Xer who grew up here and didn’t get a lot of exposure to it until college in the middle of nowhere when it was one of the only radio stations we had:
nearly all of the Dixie Chicks catalog
ditto Mary Chapin Carpenter
455 Rocket, Kathy Mattea
No One Needs to Know, Shania Twain
I’m Alright, Jody Messina
Except for Monday, Lorrie Morgan
Runaway Train, Roseanne Cash
Born to Fly, Sara Evans
Believe Me Baby, Trisha Yearwood
You Don’t Even Know Who I Am, Patty Loveless
And I don’t love Taylor Swift generally but “Mean” is perfect.
