I like them both but think they're too similar for twins. I'd go with one of them plus Imaan.

I like Leila and Aaliyah but I think the sounds are too similar. I would do Leila and Iman, because I am a twin mom myself and IME you want different sounds (so they feel like their own person) but it’s handy to have similar lengths so when you want to get something with their name on it, there is room for both names in the same size font, vs Leila always being bigger and Aaliyah automatically having her name shrunken down.

Please make sure your kids have names that don't sound alike. They are already going to be identified as a unit "the twins" so make sure that they have names that are their own.
