Good. Let's hope he's forthcoming and further implicates Meadows, Giuliani and Trump.

Unfortunately he’s too much on a wimp to have his testimony recorded, it’s a “transcribed testimony.” What a jerk.

BUT...

... that's how Cassidy Hutchinson started, with recorded testimony. And then she switched her Trump-paid lawyer to a normal one, and agreed to the live hearing.

Who is Cipollone's lawyer????

Who knows, we may yet induce him to speak at a live hearing!!!

He is as corrupt as Trump. If he was the White House lawyer then he was paid by the Federal Government which means he was employed by the Federal Govt. not by Trump personally.

I recall that during Watergate lawyers who were not paid by Nixon personally, they could not claim attorney-client privilege.

He will probably claim the 5th as often as Flynn.

If White House counsel has advised the POTUS that what he is doing is a crime, or witnesses a crime, what is his legal obligation? Did he alert DOJ officials? Bet he did. And then what did they do? Nothing. A few threatened to resign. But if PC can say he did not have the requisite intent to be a coconspirator (as demonstrated by the advice he gave, and probably in writing too), he’s in the clear. He just needs to say what he saw. Anything short is obstruction.

Updates:

Oath keeper founder, facing sedition charges, offers to testify live, according to The Independent.

And Pat Cip. is DONE… after EIGHT hours of of testimony!!!

Methinks he said something of importance. Taking the 5th wouldn’t take that long…

A blind rabbit is hopping down the road and runs into a blind snake.
"Hey, watch where you're going," growled the snake.
"I'm so sorry, but you see I'm blind and I didn't see you."
"Well, ok. I'm blind too and I understand" the snake answered.
The two of them went over to the side of the road and started talking.
"You know I really wish I knew what I look like," the snake said and the rabbit agreed. So they decided that they pat each other to get an idea of what they looked like.

The snake patted the rabbit and said, "You're soft and furry with big ears, whiskers, a wiggly nose, big back feet, and a button cottontail . I think you're what they call a bunny 🐇 rabbit."

The rabbit then put his paws 🐾 on the 🐍 and said, "Well, you're long and scaly and slimy. Beady eyes and a forked tongue. I think you're what they call a lawyer."

Cippolone fits the description.

I bet he didn't.

I bet he didn't.

I think he did, at least about some of it. That’s what the DOJ heads testified about live already.

So, the new details released in the Seditious Conspiracy case against the Oath Keeper people are pretty insane. What happened at the Willard again?

They had a kill list. The brought explosives to DC. This wasn’t a joke.

One of the committee members said yesterday after his testimony that he did not take the 5th for any question.

What “news”? Is this is sourceable thing, or just rumors you’ve heard?

They’re sticking up on extra plates at the MaraLago dining room.

No! He needs to live a long time in ignominy. If he dies now, he would be entitled to a state funeral and burial at Arlington. He is not worthy of that sacred ground.

No offence to Arlington, but dead and buried is dead and buried. He's too dangerous alive.

I’m not so sure. If they had something, they would’ve arrested him, not just made a case to the American people.
