He basically did though. I have worked in the industry and you can fly under the radar if you really want to. Instead they are prancing around Vermont shopping and going in restaurants. If they want to be left alone, they really could be in seclusion now and dealing with the aftermath of this tragedy in private.

He acted like he was never aware of gun safety standards on a movie set. I think there were very stringent rules, he and his production team just failed to follow them.

Exactly. Alec Baldwin apparently thought the rules weren't for him. Just look at how many gun movies we have out of "anti-gun" Hollywood. They have zero ethics. Zero, including ultra-Lib Alec Baldwin. I can't imagine he'll ever sleep well again.

Does anyone else find it a little strange they both seemed to be filming the news crew with their iPhones? He was holding the phone close to his chest in an awkward manner and Hilaria was clearly filming them. What was the point of that?

I would probably feel the same way if I hadn't followed her on Instagram for a bit. She posts some strange (to me) content. DP. I'm glad to see it, tbh. I don't think it was his fault but he was the one who held the gun, felt the bullet leave the gun, and kill his colleague. I've been worried for him. I'm glad he's fighting instead of succumbing to guilt.

This. She strill craves the spotlight with her guilttrips to the press and pleas to be left alone. The only thing making those kids cry is that Alex and Hilaria are probably ready to kill eachother. He is too exhausted to be her narc supply and she didn't marry Alec Baldwin to be the wife of someone who killed a person. My guess is he will eventually consult a divorce lawyer to figure out how much he has to pay her to get out of this marriage. I don't want to name names, but the one son always giving Hilaria the stink eye on IG will need to live with Alec full time or he will totally lose it. The rest will shuffle between the 2. Once they are all in school he can probably reduce the nanny load from whatever it is now -maybe 6 full time to 1 full time and 4 part time or something like that. Of course he'll need a full time nanny if he takes one or more of them completely.

I mean he's angry. He's upset. But he's coherent. He knows how to answer well without implicating himself. He brought the subject of discussion back to the family's loss and the fact that Hollywood regulations need to change.

If he wasn't dressed like a UC hiker, I'd actually say Alec would have been a damned good lawyer or press secretary. He handled that supremely well. Other than snapping at his wife but she was interfering like a yappy dog when he had it handled.
