Looking for info on various Bethesda/CC/etc neighborhoods

The original car issue was raised by OP, who lives in NW DC, and was clearly using it as shorthand for other issues. But DCUM never passes up a chance to take a swipe at East county.

No, they simply asked "Have you considered Silver Spring/Takoma Park?" Which seems like a pertinent question to ask when someone has said "We’d really like a diverse neighborhood, with down to earth people who aren’t competitive and who value community and inclusivity."

Qualities which are in short supply in West county evidently.

Yet they didn't include those areas in their request. This should have been a clue that they either know about the high violent crime rate in east county or the high number of woke lunatics or perhaps both.

I live in CC (RH-CCES) and my particular area is nice and down to earth relative to the rest of this area, but there are a vast majority that send their kids to private. This contributes to a disconnect in local community feel IMO.
