+100. There is nothing normal about that “chicken”. |
| Yup, I do and it’s delicious. If eating a sandwich means I’m not an ally, then so be it. |
This. I will vote Republican before I will agree that it's okay for some weirdo to wave his d*ck in my daughter's face in the girls' locker room because he "identifies as a woman". And I eat at Chick fil A regularly. -a lifelong Democrat and POC |
| My body is well-accustomed to all kinds of fast food and processed garbage I throw in it, but there is something about that food that makes me feel immediately and utterly ill, although it’s delicious. Must be the hate. |

what about my 9 yo daughters best friend who is a trans female? I’ve never seen her private parts and neither had my kid. Kids at my house close doors in the bathroom and change clothes in separate rooms. Is it that hard for you to be kind to someone who is different from yourself? |
| I've never eaten there or Chipotle. I am not sure there's even a Chick-Fil-a in my city (SF), but don't really have any interest. After I read Fast Food Nation about 17 or 18 years ago, I stopped eating fast food completely. |
do you have a link where this happened? Most trans females don’t like there private parts so I’m confused why they would be “ waving them around”? Hiding in the corner changing as quickly as possible seems more likely. |
This. Your DD is much LESS likely to see a trans woman’s penis at all (let alone waved in her face in a locker room) than she is to get an unwanted dick pic from a cismale classmate. |
Transwoman charged with indecent exposure at Wi Spa incident. The trans woman was a registered sex offender who had a history of indecent exposure. Four women and a child filed complaints and stated that the person was aroused while walking around the women’s section of the spa. The incident went viral over the summer with people originally saying it was all a hoax or that the woman complaining in the video was transphobic. https://www.lamag.com/citythinkblog/wi-spa-incident-charges-filed/ |
so just the one incident then? In the entire US? We’ve got more things to be worried about |
How about being kind to the women and girls who don't feel comfortable sharing a changing room, prison cell, rape shelter etc. with someone of the opposite sex. Having boundaries does not make someone hateful and kindness is a two way street. |
| Love that spicy southwest salad. Can’t get enough |
We don't because of just that. Everyone makes choices. Chic makes their's I make mine. They are a private company I don't like their views hence I don't spend my money there. Someone else disagrees that is their call. Freedom of Choice. They are also closed on Sunday which irritates me. Lot's of people work weekends ie retail jobs maybe they want that type of food. Yes, I know it's their religion to close on Sundays and it's mine to be annoyied. |
unless of course they start selling Chicken sandwiches. |
