Kadera should have been a shoe in to win, but she’s making a lot of mistakes lately. Becoming petty and making up lies about the Turner campaign isn’t helping her at all.

NP. Let's be honest. ACDC doesn't know what "the correct Dem" for a school board even is. ACDC doesn't give a s--- about school board except as a way to introduce its candidates for other, more important offices. Mary Kadera has the endorsements she has because she knows those people/has the connections/made the direct appeals to get them. Miranda Turner has other support, including John Vihstadt's, which doesn't square her in the ACDC circle, for sure. Nevertheless, ACDC doesn't know anything about Arlington education or its challenges and furthermore doesn't care.

DP. In the context of a campaign page, the only “they” it could be a reference to is her opponent. So basically Kadera is implying that Turner is going “low,” without being willing to own what she’s saying.

I think in this race, endorsements won’t matter. People are angry and voting with their emotions.
