Not impressed with Marlene Luftglass. They need fresh blood in IT. She's been in the role for 20 years.

They gave out a guidance document where some best practices about security were buried... should have highlighted that in the training.

Blackboard should have pushed FCPS to make upgrades over the last 4 weeks though... they tried to blame FCPS for putting off the upgrades but there's a difference in an upgrade over the summer vs. every student is expecting to be online every day.

And the lack of load testing was a joke.
