That line originally belonged to the female character.
It was written and originally performed by a husband/wife team where she was the pursuer and he was the one trying to avoid being seduced.
The original movie had it that way too. A girl pursuing a guy.
"What's in that drink" is a pre date rape drug line. It does not mean what you think it means. It was an excuse for women to be a little naughty in the days before the sexual revolution.
It is a great song.
