But what about freedom?! Charters are from the libertarian-thinktank side of the Republican party. I highly doubt Pearson is serious about putting any odious 'reporting requirements' on DC's precious charter schools.

So what's the score here? 2 of 3 Amos properties to other charters. 1 to dcps. Does DCPS know how to open a school?

I think they are keeping the principal on, so it's not like opening a new school. But yes, DC does open new schools... what are you getting at?
