Absolutely. When you add up the many criticisms about the Obamas public appearance, it ads up to a coordinated campaign to say "those people do not look like they belong in the White House ". Go back and read the posts on this site.

Criticism=Racism? Wow. Sad. You know nothing about history if you think the attacks on Obama are worse than on others.

I know her personally and know of some things of value she stole from others. Wish I could say I was surprised at this news but it seems a like she has a long history of stealing and poor judgement. Hopefully she'll take this time to sort out her mental problems.

I think we can say there have been jabs at the children of politicians from both the right and the left. We can keep coming up with story after story, but in the end, both sides do it.
In this situation, the person who made the comments has resigned. It is done. Time to let this thread die and move on.

They took part in a public activity and they did look and act bored. They could smile. The congressman should refuse her resignation. We still have free speech and this is free speech

I had to laugh at your post. Not in a mean-spirited way, I'm just amused at how beauty truly is in the eye of the beholder.

I think the Obama girls are starting to become pretty cute teenagers. On the other hand, I think Jennifer Lawrence and Miley Cyrus are terribly unattractive and I've heard many say they are both beautiful. Go figure...

If you think lying to the country repeatedly (and yes, many presidents do this), feeling you're above everyone else, being militantly anti-patriotic, and having an entitled mindset is a great example, we can't help you.

Some just don't think others deserve to be in the dialogue or at the table with them. I see this all the time. I'm bright and articulate and pretty darn savvy (all adjectives attributed by others). Not one job I've had since college has someone not 'challenged' my right to participate in certain conversations. And when I assert - I'm deemed to act or think I'm above everyone else. I think they believe I'm just acting above where they think I should be. No, just comfortable in my skin and speaking up. Some people just can't handle that.

He's broken the law. Repeatedly. What law can we break and get away with, more so, get praise for?

My 19 year old got one ticket in two years. One. An improper right hand turn. So far, he's had to take a remedial course (passed) but that's not enough. He needs to re-take his driving test at the DMV IN ADDITION TO the driving course. For one ticket for having two rear tires in a breakdown lane.

This guy can completely screw the country over, bypassing the Constitution, and y'all swoon at his feet. I'll admit one thing - he's really good at manipulating people to gain narcissistic supply.
