Why do people in the Real Estate forum rag on Washington Lee HS?

I found the report in Arlington Magazine that W-L pushes kids into AP classes they hadn't signed up for in order to boost the school's ratings fairly distressing. To me, it's exactly how the W-L posters come off in these threads, always trying to make their neighborhood and schools sound better than they really are.

Actually, I posted very early on that there was nothing wrong with W-L. Then, it predictably devolved into a classic DCUM thread. I never said schools control all real estate values, only that it is something that some people trade off for other things.
