Evidently, he is filing suit tomorrow. I hope he wins big.

He's not. And why would you hope he wins big? You know nothing about him or his behavior. Are you genuinely that brainwashed?

Do you think these idiots even know what the legal standard is for a defamation claim for a public figure?

Yep.
And I think The Atlantic has met that standard.

Are you his girlfriend?

It's just so hard to tell if these type of posters are trolling, "own the lib" brainwashed, or just dumb. Could be all of the above I guess.

Judging from the past few years of comments, a good number seem to be below IQ 90 when many of the technical or legal aspects argued by these knuckle draggers probably requires IQ 120 with some background knowledge. Basically most of them are slurpers of slop who regurgitate whichever moron they heard it from.

My god I hope that he’s dumb enough to try.

What is "intimidating" merchandise?

Hundred bucks says Kash wants the Punisher logo on all the FBI merchandise .

Hey
@S_Fitzpatrick
I was Kash Patel’s Sherpa on the transition. I spent nearly all day everyday with him for 3+ months and have been with him frequently since.

I have never seen the type of behavior that you’re describing from him.

Your anon sourced story is BS.

Oh and by the way, it was no pressure campaign that got Kash confirmed. He did his homework, studied every brief I wrote him (and I wrote them all personally). If I sent him material at say 2am, he would respond with questions by 3am. He was always available and never hard to reach. Ultimately, he addressed any concerns senators had. He studied the law enforcement issues in each of their states and came prepared with plans, ideas, and questions for addressing the unique law enforcement needs of each state. THAT is who Kash Patel is and it’s why the FBI has been so effective in the last year.

I’ve never once seen him over drink. Not once. You are spinning that narrative because you know POTUS doesn’t view that favorably, even admitted as much in your story.

And I’m not hard to find. Pretty obvious why you didn’t reach out to me for comment.

So the MAGA guy that supports Kash and got him the job wants to argue against multiple separate sources from the FBI and the White House? Yeah sure I’m convinced.

He wants to stay in on the Trump money machine

They are not terrified, I just heard an interview with them. They welcome a lawsuit, then the facts can be heard by all.

Kash does not look like alcoholic at all. You can easily say who is drinking a lot. Comey had huge bags under eyes from heavy drinking and everyone was silent on that.

We all look forward to hearing those facts.

I’m sorry dear, but if huge bags under your eyes is all you have, that’s pathetic. DH has never drank a day in his life and was unfortunately saddled with bags. My good friend can drink sailors under the table and has no bags. Basically, your barometer for determining who or who isn’t an alcoholic is whacked.

+1. This is generally good for The Atlantic, and Patel's a sad clown. He will regret suing (a doomed endeavor) and do all kinds of backpedaling about he sued just to make a point, stand up to the elites, etc. At some point after that, Trump will fire him.

Poor Kash. He's thinking, "What would Dear Leader do? Litigate!" Don't these people see what the administration's record is???

What I want to know is: who is paying Lash's legal fees?
