| For the people who see an endocrinologist yearly / regularly, what are you going for? Just honestly wondering b/c I've never seen an endocrinologist at all. |
Dd goes for growth hormone issues. |
| All, thanks for this thread as it’s motivating me to tackle the three things I’ve been avoiding - routine bloodwork (terrified of needles), the next dentist appt (always terrifying to me), and a colonoscopy (did cologuard a couple years ago). Also need to move beyond just walking a lot (the dog!) to actual exercise. I do everything else plus derm, eye appts, flu shot. Had hands very full with three teen kids appts the last few years and felt like making appts was full time job. Work full time and 3-4 days in the office. |
| Yes to all except for colonoscopies (not that age). I work in HR consulting and have one toddler. |

Are you going to the dentist every 6 months? Yes. I like my hygienist. She hates this one rich guy in a big suit that we both hate
Seeing your PCP at least once a year? So far, yes. I think I have to get an uber to the next appt because I have no car Pap smears every 3-5 years ? Already had cancer and a hysterectomy so no more of those Mammograms every year (if 40 +) I'm overdue by 6 months Colonoscopies starting at 45) I've had 2 with 5 year clearance and didn't feel like getting one this year Exercising at least 75 (intensive) - 150 mins (less intensive) a week ? LOL no I don't think I care that much about dying anymore. Not suicidal by any stretch, I'm just like if I fade out that's also OK |

My health & well being is a priority. My spouse & our two young adult children do the same. |
