A depressing realization about American work culture

People keep mentioning Denmark, but my experience there wasn’t great. Things never got done on time, nobody went above and beyond, and absolutely no risks were taken, which stifled any form on innovation. Those were the trade-offs when having excellent benefits, low work hours, and more. They don’t have to because Denmark is nestled k to an environment where it can lean on the economic doings of other nations.
