Why don’t Elon finance candidates in all the vulnerable GOP districts for both House and Senate. |
I don't think RFK Jr. ever had any mainstream Dem support, if anything maybe just some kooky old liberal granola ladies who are into crystals and auras and that kind of nonsense. The fringe does not represent the Dems. But elevating a fringe character like RFK Jr. to Cabinet type appointment certainly shows us who the GOP now is. |
How? If you earnestly think he's going to siphon off any meaningful number of Dem votes I think you may be in for a surprise. If anything he's more likely to be a spoiler for the Republicans. |
Against guns, less spending, carbon tax, more immigration
Are we sure they are getting votes from Republicans and not Democrats? |
Fiscal conservatives don't currently have a party. |
Amen. DCUM has convinced me the libs are run by some powerful entities hiding behind a curtain. They're race baiting, gender baiting, and doing everything in their power to destroy the best of America while sowing discord. They don't like white people and they don't want you to like them either. A good chunk of the American public seems to be brainless enough to fall in line with their agenda. The Republicans on the other hand have gone to the other extreme. Neither side is interested in a moderate stance. Either the Democratic Party comes to its senses and destroys the fringe Progressive faction determined to take over America, or we need a third Party. I don't want a government that sells off our forests and protected lands to be exploited. I also don't want a pack of morons running the country who open our borders wide open and then provides a level of financial assistance to illegal migrants at the same time that tax paying citizens struggle to pay their bills while working three jobs to make ends meet. Neither extreme is good in any way. Perhaps the answer is a Third Party. Elon Musk is not the man to run such a third party, but we can begin a dialogue of how the Democratic and Republican parties have both gone off the deep end and what needs to happen to balance their extreme agendas. |

I think that you are looking for the Jill Stein room at the nut house. |
Agree. I think with time we will recognize Biden and Trump as the worst presidents in American history. Both have been disastrous in different ways. I don't know what Democrats were thinking when they encouraged and welcomed 10 million illegal migrants to stream across the border in a short four years. Not to mention the absurd focus on letting violent felons walk free because of "equity." And if you really want to piss most Americans off, tell white and Asian-Americans that they will no longer be considered for jobs or promotions because of their race. And throw in the hatred for Latino culture, which is fairly socially conservative and goes to church. Democrats even insist on calling them LatinX, and think that's some sort of progress. This can only be topped by Democrats view of biological women, particularly straight women, who I believe they call CIS-something and TERFS. Just the language alone that Democrats use is so dismissive of a majority of Americans. But Trump and Republicans have been a disaster too. That BBB bill would be opposed by 80 percent of Americans if they knew what was in it. The GOP is a stain on America. And they are enthralled by a President who regards the governance of America as a reality tv show. It's mind-boggling how bad, pathetic, and unserious our two major parties have become. I suspect 70 percent of Americans would be very happy to have different choices. But Elon Musk's America Party ain't it. Musk is enthusiastic about AI and killing social safety nets. That's a recipe for dystopia. In practice, the America Party is a spoiler party that will attract libertarians and tech idiots. Which may be enough to hurt Republicans and swing a few seats to Democrats. But it doesn't change anything fundamentally. A third party will need a charismatic billionaire to get traction given all the systemic hurdles in a two party system. But that's not Musk. There's a pretty big space for Mark Cuban though. |
Heh. You think so, do you? Explain to us like we're morons what your problem is with this post. We'll wait. |
Third parties are spoilers always. They do not win elections. The last one in the 2024 election was financed by pro-trump money to try to peel off dem votes and help Trump win |
Obviously. So what's your suggestion, since you're so smart? Let me guess, you don't think there's anything wrong with the current Progressivism in the Dem Party. |
Because every part of it is stupid and wrong and borders on paranoia. Go back and re-read. We will wait. Then take your medication and read it again. If it still seems like a viewpoint that is real then no one can help you. |
We'll see what history has to say about our current times and your stance and my stance. ![]() |
I would rather have progressivism than policies of 1892 |
