Hey OP...
You sound like, "why don't more Americans shove broomsticks up their asses so that they can also sweep the sidewalk when they walk" NP here saying you suck, you've never walked a mile in someone else's shoes, and you don't understand what people are dealing with. I work my tail off but I have friends and family members who have had all kinds of things ranging from war injuries to car accident injuries and other things that seriously limits their options. I don't begrudge paying in to disability one bit. You yourself are just one accident or illness from no longer being able to perform in whatever your chosen career is. |
That number includes funding for federal land that cannot be taxed, such as the mall and all the federal government buildings. If DC could tax that land, your argument might be of significance. |
No. No one in any country believes nor demonstrates than “having (and funding) Universal Healthcare” results in having less people on Disability Pay. Fraudulently or not. Unclear where you summoned that garbage or view. |
I am not sure why a let's income should exclude them from benefits. The government assumes the obligation to care for and pick up the tab for conditions created by service. There's not an "unless you go on to be successful, in which case, screw you" caveat. The deal is, you go to war and get hurt and the nation will cover it-- not the servicemember. |
My friend enlisted, got injured in a nighttime motorcycle accident, claimed they were going to a military recruiting event that night and has been on Disability Pay for life from age 23 onward. Got some pins in their ankle.
Worked military 4 years at US bases office jobs, married, has four kids, vacations, works PT at a contractor, and hides the monthly checks from everyone but their spouse. Also gets special privilege, like no lines at theme parks, for their ADHD DX. |
That’s a new one on me. Sounds totally made up. Are you the same poster who posted before about “ special privileges” for adults with ADHD? As one, I can tell you there are no special privileges. |
Actions have consequences. |
Why are there so many miserable and depraved people on DCUM? The black hearts of DCUM. |
It's called WVA OP! |
But but, it’s totally different from those Black Welfare Queens… ![]() |
Glad you have no idea how to work the system for adhd accommodations or if you had a car accident “on the job” in the military and got “disabled.” |
You also be not an American and be on disability pay and Medicaid. Enjoy! |
Actions do have consequences, and it's naive to think otherwise. |
Please do tell those of us who are adults with ADHD how we can “work the system.” You seem to know so much about it. Please give us some tips we can use in our own lives. Be specific. |
