OPM spokesperson already come out to say she didn’t make any $ so won’t be firing is my prediction as otherwise would have stayed silent. Fact already saying didn’t make $ means 1) they miss the point and 2) don’t plan to fire.

But she was including links to the clothes she was wearing to get a commission. How does that not constitute trying to make money off a federal office?

So she doesn't get fired from her real job because she's bad at her other job?

I suspect she’s bad at both jobs. How did DOGE manage to find so many young amoral idiots and group them together so quickly? And I assume she gets a GS 15 salary like the rest of them.

Keep it up. Every single corrupt hypocritical act done by these grifters needs to be exposed and highlighted.

She really should be hounded until fired. I'm serious. This is such a violation of workplace ethics. We should go after who we can. I would do the same to anyone doing this regardless of party, but a group of non-feds totally reorganizing government under the auspices of waste, fraud and abuse needs to be checked HARD.

Trump and Leon aren't going to have any consequences so it's absolutely fair game to focus on the DOGE minions. I mean this lady actually advocated firing feds for "performance" issues and then went on to running her private business from her fed gov office while on the clock. Fed employees would be investigated and fired if caught doing this.

Get her ousted. It is time for metaphorical heads on pikes - time to be cutthroat. Momentum is on our side right now - use it.

Laid off Feds should organize a protest on her block in Kensington. Folks need to feel the heat in their personal lives

Like a true Millennial, she cited a health issue as her excuse for violating federal ethics rules:

With all major news outlets printing this story with full name, photos and background info, not sure these post saying anything new.

It's so ridiculous that she thought it would be okay, let alone unethical and immoral, to make fashion videos while at her fed job that involved firing people.

You wonder what went wrong during her formative years.

But you have a president, your leader, who's saying the most stupidest, nonsensical things and behaving in the most infantile ways, who's just utterly ridiculous in every stupid inane tweet, and in every media interview he gives, who thinks nothing of telling the public to buy f***g Teslas and telling Ukraine they were the aggressor, and you can kind of see how she might how thought it was acceptable to make fashion videos to make some side dough while in her fed office.

She’d also need approval from Legal Ethics.

These are things fed-hating MAGA don’t even know exist. If they knew half the rules, they’d change their tune.

I could pretty easily nail her on three employment violations:

1. Time card fraud
2. Lack of approval from agency for outside employment
3. Unauthorized use of federal government property to conduct commercial business

The Douglas Factors memo would be quite easy to write given the video evidence and the fact that she’s in a leadership position.

But since she’s a probationary employee, I’d just do a few sentences and with links to the public news reporting. That should satisfy the MSPB in case she appeals.

McLaurine: you’re fired.

See MAGA, feds have rules to prevent fraud, waste, and abuse. And we used to have IGs that could prosecute it. Trump fired them. Weird, huh?

IG= instagram? Yes, correct that she took down her account.

Destroyed evidence of a crime? Also a crime.

Anonymous wrote:So are there no rules now about making money off a federal office? Because the news that Elon Musk was donating another 100 mn$ to Trump came out on the same day that Trump let Elon use the White House as a Tesla car sale lot.

I guess not. How can we complain about a DOGE idiot making a few bucks off her influencer posts when Trump is making money hand over fist off his presidency.

Because both are illegal.
