Wi republican voters were not excited about Brad. I live in a republican leaning suburb and I did not see one sign for him in my suburb. In November I saw many Trump signs. We don’t like phonies here. The republicans have tried bringing in out of state phonies for governor, senator and now judge and they all lost.

I hope Bryan Steil is next. As a constituent of his I’ve tried to call his office but his voicemail is always full.

Schimel isn’t from out of state. He is a lifelong resident of the Milwaukee area. He was the state AG during the Scott Walker era, remember? And he is currently a judge for Waukesha County.

Wisconsinites know all about Brad Schimel and still rejected him. I like that.

He performed worse in Waukesha County than Trump did 5 months ago. Waukesha County is his home county and where he has worked for literally his entire career (minus 4 year stint as Wisconsin AG). Pretty pathetic.

I feel like everyone’s so excited about embarrassing Elon/repudiating Trump that many are forgetting that this was an actual election with real implications beyond just making the MAGAs look dumb. Lol. Keeping the liberal balance on the supreme court in WI - which will be one of, if not THE, tipping point states in ‘26 and ‘28 - was an absolute must. This is great.
