If I'm being really honest, Rado was probably well liked by the players because he did not demand anything professionally from the players in terms of their attitude and the way they conduct themselves.

A lot of (older) players had stopped wearing their training gear to practices and were coming to practice in pajamas, etc. KB/RP sent out an e-mail a little while back saying it was unprofessional/unacceptable and they wanted everyone in the training gear.
