I thought I saw a pic following the procedure: his face near her belly, and it looked like there was a bandaid on her belly.

Would that be the case if they drained fluid?

I think polyhydramnios is the explanation. Draining the excess fluid could accurately be described as fetal surgery. It actually can be life threatening to the fetus because it causes preterm labor (especially if it is really extreme) and it can cause shortness of breath and other alarming symptoms for the mom (not dissimilar to pre-E in terms of symptoms). They typically wait to see if it will resolve on its own before draining (e.g., with certain approved diuretics and cutting liquid consumption), so him having time to get back makes sense. FETAL SURGERY FOR LIFE THREATENING CONDITION still seems pretty OTT for most poly cases, but it's not technically inaccurate and it can be really frightening.

I’m guessing LUTO and a shunt placed in baby’s bladder. It’s more common in boys and I had it during my pregnancy with my son. The doctor actually guessed his gender based off LUTO appearing.

Hmmm. I had polyhydraminos with my second. I guess they monitored me or whatever but they never had to do a procedure. Perhaps it was more worrisome in KK's case, who knows. When they broke my water in the hospital my midwife said that was the most fluid she had ever seen lol

The problem is that even if it was a big deal the Kardashian’s have lied about so much for so long basically anything they say is unbelievable.

Well looks like my prediction about the due date is spot on. I originally said November and then changed it to October. It is now almost October. Also her baby shower was earlier this month (September) and typically they would hold those a month before the due date.

Kourtney said her baby is due sometime bartered October and December. My initial guess was late October but originally I had thought November.
